service is very good, the main problem is that it's an old 4 star hotel. our room was in a huge need of an update. a part from the fact that it was extremely hot, we found a towel with hairs on it (immediately changed), the shower was broken with water going everywhere, there is carpet on the floor...the overall look is very old and for the amount of money you spend here, you can find something better. moreover, the breakfast does not have many real vegan alternatives (no soy yogurt, no vegan croissants, no vegan cakes), although you can find soy milk, soy cappuccino and of course bread and jams. but for being 2023, it's a very poor choice of vegan products.
Loved it! Service was great, lady at the front desk was very kind. Location is great...love that is on a quiet street but also close enough to the touristy places. My room was great...felt a little outdated but it was worth the price.
Nice hotel. friendly staff. Location wasn’t too bad, close to roma termini. Big rooms and cool air conditioning. No ice machine, no coffee or tee in the room, no glasses in the room only paper cups, also no service for luggage to the room on arrival. Good breakfast.
Overall, our visit was good, the only real issue was arriving at 9 am (after an all night flight) and being told we could not check in until 3pm. Forturnately, our room was ready around 11:15 am. The staff was very courteous and friendly and took care of any issues that we had.

Location was OK and the staff are good. The breakfast was good.
The rooms are clean, big, cleaned every morning, the staff is very kind, especially Michelle, she helped us with every little thing we asked for.
Breakfast is varied and excellent.
The location is excellent, all sights can be reached on foot.
A warm recommendation for a stay in Rome.
Apart from faults in the room which were not fixed, the main problem was very noisy guests in the lounge downstairs that kept us awake each night until about 11:30pm. Perhaps they were attending a conference. The bathroom also flooded without explanation.
